1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We kindly encourage you to review your size and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at nylaaja@build-a-bra.co Include clear photos of the issue, your order number and your first and last name so we can assist you.
3. When do refunds and store credits apply?
Refunds and store credits are only issued in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item or size (example; you ordered a blue bra set but received a red one. You ordered a size M and got a size L)
To be eligible:

Once we verify the issue, we’ll issue either a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, based on your preference and product availability.
4. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Once shipped via FedEx, delivery takes approximately 5–8 business days. These timelines varies if you make a larger order purchase.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
6. How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number so you can monitor delivery in real time.
7. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.
8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
9. What happens if my order is delayed due to a quality check or production issue?
At BuildABra, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products. In rare cases, a bra set may be held back due to quality inspection delays at our manufacturer. If this happens, we’ll notify you right away and keep you updated with the revised shipping timeline. We believe it’s better to wait for quality products than rush out something that doesn’t meet our standards. Your patience means everything thanks for under understanding.
