Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your shopping experience and purchase! However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for the following items:

•Bras, panties, and other intimate apparel

•Any discounted or final-sale products (unless there was an error on our part)

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel once it has been worn or tried on.

Out-of-Stock Items and Replacement Policy

In the rare case that an item is out of stock after you have already placed an order, we will contact you immediately with options to either receive a full refund to your original payment method or replace the item with another style of your choice.

Exceptions & Order Issues

If you receive an item with a quality issue (e.g., wrong color, wrong size, or a defect), we are happy to assist you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will provide a resolution.

If the issue was caused by customer error (e.g., selecting the wrong size or color), we are unable to process a return, exchange, or refund.
