At Build-a-bra, we stand behind the quality and care that goes into every garment we offer. due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to making things right if there's ever an issue with your order. 

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nylaaja@build-a-bra.co and include:

-Your order number

-Clear photo(s) showing the issue

-Your full name (first and last name)

After reviewing your request, we will issue a refund or store credit—your choice. You won’t need to return the item.

Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference
